Lenovo Introduced New Products: ThinkPad X1 Series, IdeaPad Laptops, and More CES 2023
Lenovo has unvieled a set of new devices ahead of CES 2023. Lenovo introduced it’s latest ThinkPad X1 laptops and ThinkVision monitors and accessories. Lenovo also added new IdeaPad laptops, IdeaCentre desktop, new Flex Chromebook and a new Android tablet.

ThinkPad X1 Laptops
ThinkPad X1 laptops includes the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 11, ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 8 and ThinkPad X1 Nano Gen 3 and all of these models are build with recycled materials. These laptops are designed on the Intel Evo platform and comes with latest generation of up to Intel Core i7 processors.
ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 11 and X1 Yoga Gen 8 can also be configured with up to 64GB of LPDDR5 RAM for memory-intensive tasks.
ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 11 has a 14-inch 2.8K display with 400 nits of brightness, the ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 8 features a 14-inch 4K OLED screen with 500 nits of brightness. The Nano Gen 3 gets a 13-inch 2K display with 450 nits of brightness. And all these three laptops come with Dolby Vision and TÜV Rheinland certification. And with Dolby Atmos audio and Dolby Voice with AI noise cancellation provides an immersive audio experience.
ThinkVision Monitors
ThinkVision Mini LED Monitors (P27pz-30 and P32pz-30)
Lenovo introduced its new ThinkVision P-series P27pz-30 and P32pz-30 monitors. ThinkVision Mini LED monitors are available in 27-inch and 31.5-inch screen sizes and support HDR10 and HLG formats and are DisplayHDR1000-certified to reach a peak brightness of 1200 nits.
ThinkVision Mini LED monitors also include energy-saving human detection and light sensors that automatically dim the screen when the user steps away, and can adjust screen brightness to match the amount of ambient light detected.
ThinkVision VoIP Monitors (T27hv-30, T24mv-30, and T24v-30)
ThinkVision VoIP Monitors features an upgraded high definition 5MP camera with an infrared lens plus a separate RGB lens and privacy shutter, built-in dual microphones with environmental noise cancellation, and two integrated 5W speakers. These monitors are mainly enhanced virtual meeting experience.
Now, There is a dedicated Microsoft Teams button that immediately launches the video calling application. Some additional buttons located on the front of the monitor to control the volume and mute functions.
The ThinkVision VoIP Monitors comes with some smart features like smart traffic light that turns red when the user is on a call, a sitting reminder that alerts them when they’ve spent too much time in front of the screen, and a distance warning that will make users aware when they are sitting too close to the monitor.
ThinkVision P32p-30 and P49w-30 Monitors
The ThinkVision P32p-30 is a 31.5-inch, 4K UHD monitor built for those that require a higher resolution. These monitors produce a more accurate and realistic color performance.
These monitor supports the ThinkVision VoIP Modular Stack, offers a port for the stable RJ45 and has two powerful Thunderbolt 4 ports for fast data transfer and charging through a single cable. Users can also adjust the stand to the most comfortable viewing angle.
The ThinkVision P49w-30 is an ultrawide, 49-inch, double QHD panoramic display. This monitor comes with IPS Black technology, offers a 2000:1 contrast ratio for sharper, more vibrant colors and deeper blacks that benefit its wide viewing angle.
For connectivity it comes with up to 13 ports, including docking functionality with two Thunderbol 4 ports with up to 100W power delivery and a front facing USB-C port with a 15W fast charging capability.
Lenovo L24m-40 monitor
The new Lenovo L24m-40 monitor is designed to offer the at-home knowledge worker or student an attractive and efficient solution for their entertainment and productivity needs.
It’s a 23.8-inch FHD display features an IPS panel, natural low blue light technology, and a 99% sRGB color gamut. With two 3W speakers built in, power delivery of up to 75W.
It comes with a USB hub with adequate ports, including a USB Type-C, to connect supported Lenovo LC50 Monitor Webcam12. Both of these products feature natural low blue light technology.
IdeaPad 5 and IdeaPad Flex Chromebook
IdeaPad Pro 5 And IdeaPad Pro 5i Gen 8
The IdeaPad laptops are made for reliable daily performance. These laptops are available in two optional screen sizes,14-inch and 16-inch and also comes in two color variations, Arctic Grey and Frost Blue.
The new IdeaPad Pro 5i and IdeaPad Pro 5 comes with up to the latest Intel Processor or AMD Ryzen processors and up to an NVIDIA GeForce Next-Gen Laptop GPU. These laptop are meant to provide users faster performance whether creating content, light gaming, or just transferring large data files. And with Windows 11, the benefits of productivity, creativity, and multi-tasking are increased.
New features also include a 25% larger touch pad, an FHD IR camera with a Time of Flight (ToF) sensor, and smart login with Windows Hello. The laptops also come with an SSD expandable storage slot (16-inch model), allowing more data to be stored. Equipped with USB 4.0 and Thunderbolt 4.0 ports.
IdeaPad Slim 5i And IdeaPad Slim 5
IdeaPad Slim 5i and IdeaPad Slim 5 Gen 8 are slim and lightweight laptops. The 16-inch screen size offer resolution up to 2.5K, while the 14-inch comes with resolution up to 2.2K and a FHD OLED display.
The IdeaPad Slim 5i and IdeaPad Slim 5’s also comes with larger touchpad and with up to the latest Intel Core processors and next-gen AMD Ryzen Processors for Mobile. Also, the ability to multi-task is made easier with this generation via two full function USB Type-C ports. These laptops comes in three new colors – Violet, Cloud Grey, and Abyss Blue.
IdeaPad Flex 3i Chromebook
The IdeaPad Flex 3i Chromebook (12”, 8) offers a slightly larger screen than the previous generation, but with the flexibility to do more while on the go. This versatile, 2-in-1 thin and light 12-inch Chromebook can be used as a laptop or tablet that’s held or made to stand in tent-mode, on a table or desk.
